25-year old lefty starting pitcher Jason Wheeler of the Minnesota Twins is looking good in the minors. He has pitched in 18 games (all starts) for the Twins so far this year and he is 7-3 with a 2.61 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. Wheeler has given up 100 hits and 24 walks while whiffing 96 batters in his first 114 innings in the minors so far this year. Wheeler has now pitched in 122 games (all starts) in his first five years in the minors and he is 46-32 with a 3.58 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP. He could get his first shot at the show later this year.
