The Minnesota Twins have signed 28-year old lefty reliever Nick Greenwood to a minor league deal. Greenwood pitched in 1 game for the St. Louis Cardinals last year and he didn’t get anyone out while giving up 2 hits (1 homer) and 2 runs which were both earned. Greenwood has now pitched in 20 games (1 start) in his first two years in the majors and he is 2-2 with a 5.25 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP. He might get a shot later this year with the Twins if he looks good in the minors.
